I have been assisting for over 5 years. In all areas of photography, all over the world. I specialise in fashion, portraits, cars, still life, location and studio. Basically anything and everything.
I still really enjoy the challenging work that involves being a assistant from setting up complicated lighting, solving problems with a creative flare, to working 20hour days, making the perfect cup of tea/coffee enjoying the long hours of a dark still life studio.
Also being very professional among client and other people on the team. All in all I adjust in any situation and enjoy the creative hard work.
I shoot portraits and corporate PR work occasionally too.
I am available for any sort of work and always willing to travel anywhere.
Photographers I have worked for:
Ben Ingham, Ted Humble-Smith, Adrian Myers, Bruce Weber, Jonathan Minster, Steve Harries, Alex Howe, Tim Kent, Robin Broadbent, Tim Hogan, David Sims, Jonathan Knowles, Matt Holyoak.
I am looking for assisting work in London & the South East with further areas considered too.
Education and experience have taught me to read a brief to the letter and only if there is spare time, apply alterative/creative approaches to give the client more options.

I'm a North London based professional photographer specialising in professional headshots and portraits for models and actors. Various headshot and portfolio shoot and editing packages available. Available for location, studio or home shoots depending on requirements.
I'm also a fully trained make-up and effects artist and worked on several award winning short-films as well as music videos.
I have an animated enthusiasm for photography and working with clients, something I have been actively engaged with during my university degree, my photographic practice and my assisting experience. I am very experienced in photographic studios and working on location, which I have demonstrated in my campaign work with Doodle Do, a London Childswear Brand, for whom I have photographed 3 campaigns. Working with Doodle Do has allowed me to creatively explore fashion photography and my directorial skills as well as my ability to work with young models. During my time shooting with Doodle Do I have worked on a range of studio and location shoots so I am very comfortable transitioning between the two.
From Summer 2014 to Spring 2016 I’ve been working with Lumiere London, a photographic studio. Here I have the opportunity to work with their clients and help them achieve their creative vision. One of my roles was to manage the bookings for the studio spaces, liasing with a range of people, from photographers, producers and corporate clients. This gave me extensive experience of holding an organisational role. I would also liaise between the other creatives to help our clients receive the best experience with Lumiere London. Whilst I undertook my role as photographer, retoucher and 1st assistant for Carlos Lumiere I was able to meet with people from all around the world and of all ages. This is something I carry forward in my own practice as I can enthusiastically and inclusively work with a diverse group from a range of all backgrounds and ages. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working as part of their team and references will be able to confirm that I was an asset to their company.

Born in Trondheim, Norway’s 3rd largest town, I was raised in a small town called Namsos a bit further up the Norwegian coast. After my happy years at school I started my studies of drawing and graphic design. It was through these studies that I was introduced to photography - and this changed the course of my further studies. The journey then went to England, and Kent Institute of Art & Design in Maidstone, where I obtained a BA (Hons) degree in photography. Then there was no way around it - I had to go back to Norway to do my National Military Service and ended up in the Norwegian Navy. 12 months later, when the Navy finally let me go, I again packed my toothbrush and left for England. Having assisted various advertising photographers for six years in London I have now started to undertake my own photography commissions.
I'm London-based but also have my feet in Yorkshire. I love photographing people - I really enjoy getting personality back from my sitter. I'm formally trained at London College of Communication and London College of Fashion compounding my early learning and passion from Harrow School and the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
I'm a straightforward people person, laid back but have large amounts of energy and so enjoy a creative, fun and energetic shoot. I know what I like and what I don't and I don't mind saying so.
