Our BA (Hons) Photography degree at Open College of the Arts (OCA) supports students to develop and apply their creative and technical skills to critically explore the shifting boundaries of photography through an exploration of emerging practices and wider contexts. As an open-access flexible degree, our Photography degree can be studied anywhere in the world, at a time and pace to suit.
We are part of University for the Creative Arts (UCA), Modern University of the Year (2019) in the Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide, ranked number #1 specialist creative university in the UK and the 2nd largest provider of creative education in Europe.
We are a creative community of students and tutors coming together to share unique ideas and work. One-to-one tutor support, feedback and group work, guides students through course materials to maximise creative potential.
