Before these challenging times happened Juan was planning to make an exhibition of his latest project which for safety reasons went on hold. Due to the uncertain times we are living, seeing how people are risking their lives to provide health and essential services at this difficult moment, Juan collected the images in a photo book where all profit will go to two charities helping people during this time: The Trussel Trust in UK and Asociación Libelula in Spain.About the BookWhile thinking about decadence, beauty and how we feel about time, Juan Carlos Verona wanted to express these emotions, placing hair extensions on boys heads leaving a small fraction of time to style them, allowing chaos and intuition to perform.Hair has multiple layers with different meanings and purposes. It can be transformed after it has been cut, reshaped and coloured.
