Hello and welcome.

Once again we have a packed AOP Focus for you. This month we celebrate the finalists and winners of the AOP Student Awards 2021. It was an amazing competition this year, with some exceptional work. You will see the winning images throughout.  

We have a couple of reminders of two free competitions for members, and Matt Davis is the subject of this weeks In-focus feature.

We have lots planed for the autumn, including exhibiting at this year’s Photo London 9-12 September and launching the AOP Photography Awards later that month.

I would also like to say hi to Suzanne McDougall who has taken over as our Communications Co-ordinator and thank you to all those who have been in contact to wish me well for the future as I say goodbye as CEO after seven years at the Association.

All that’s left to say is to enjoy the rest of the ‘summer’ and recharge your batteries for a dazzling new school year!
