Ella Leonard, the AOP's Operations Director confirms the details for our first talk in the new series.

"After a lengthy absence we are extremely pleased to announce the return of our very popular Career Talks.  The talks are open to everyone but should be of special interest to students, graduates and recent assistants. 

"We invite an AOP Photographer or Assistant to talk about how they got to where they are today which can be invaluable as they share their knowledge, wisdom and experience.

"The first will take place Wednesday 29 May 2013 starting at 3pm, finishing at 5pm and held at our office: 21 Downham Road, London N1 5AA. The talks are free but admittance is strictly prohibited once the talk has started. If you have not arrived by 3pm you will not be granted entrance.

"We hope to run the talks on the last Wednesday of each month but please check the Events section of our website before making the journey.

"Tomorrow's talk will be given by AOP Photographer Michael Harvey."
