Patrick Harrison

Photographer Overview

Patrick Harrison's name is synonymous with natural, spontaneous and engaging imagery.

His career began over 25 years ago shooting reportage features and portraits all around the world for The Face magazine. His candid style, ability to 'capture the moment' and delivery of engaging images has led to a successful career in commercial photography.

Patrick is equally at ease directing a large crew on an overseas production as he is shooting reportage for Cancer Research UK or capturing the excitement of Prudential's Ride London.

He is regularly commissioned by top agencies & global brands to shoot creative lifestyle image banks for clients including Canon and British Gas and most recently for Danish company Ørsted the global leader in wind power. He continues to be in demand for his warm, honest reportage photography. Patrick and his family live in Hackney, London and as often as they can in a log cabin in Sweden.

"Patrick has an eye for detail that is second to none. His work ethic and efficiency is only outshone by his ability to capture great moments in time. His pictures find details, which are often overlooked but help tell a story wonderfully well. Having worked with Patrick in the past, it would be a delight to work with him again."
Shaun Loynds, Creative Director, McCann

He has an uncanny ability to capture the essence of a person or a situation, and always with an unerring instinct for a great frame."

“The shots are wonderful and we’re having trouble fitting them all into the review as there are so many strong options. The client is equally as thrilled with the results.” Kieron Molloy, Design Director, Conran Design Group / Client: CRUK
