Photographer Overview

Established in 2002 by Daniel Hopkinson and his partner Hannah Burton, Daniel Hopkinson Architectural Photography provides specialist photographic services for the property and construction industry.

We met whilst studying at Blackpool & The Fylde College and graduating with BA (Hons.) in Photography. Since then we have focused exclusively on architectural work. With over 16 years’ experience in this specialist sector, we are highly adept at capturing not only the physical form of buildings, but also the sense of space and atmosphere the designs set out to create.

We have a wealth of experience in managing the inherent challenges of operating in the built environment. This enables us to produce work which is sympathetic to the drivers behind a design and captures our client’s vision; regardless of changing circumstances and in spite of the British weather.

Light plays a huge role in delivering quality images and our building studies include varying dynamics taken between dusk and dawn. We strive to shoot in the best possible conditions and employ the services of a professional weather forecaster to aid forward planning and achieve optimum results.

From our base in the North West we have built an extensive client list and secured commissions across the UK
