London-based photographer Janie Airey (Airey Spaces) has worked for clients around the globe for the past two decades. Alongside a successful commercial career in portraiture and lifestyle photography, she has increasingly become known for her striking architectural artworks, particularly since her acclaimed images of the majestic sporting arenas erected for the London Olympics in 2012. Known for their clean lines and bold, almost abstract compositions, her photographs showcase some of the world's most exciting and innovative contemporary buildings, capturing the complex interplay of space and light in the work of top international architects.
Her images have been exhibited in London’s National Portrait Gallery, the Museum of London and Design Basel, and published in a host of websites and magazines.
