Photographer Overview
Catherine is a London-based interior, still-life, and lifestyle photographer.
She grew up on a farm in Devon, moving to London to study Textile Design at Central St.Martins. Taking photos was always a constant during this time, informing and inspiring her woven designs. So after a 5-year stint at a leading East London Textile Design Consultancy, it was no surprise that Catherine realized that photography was her one true passion. She put a portfolio together, and before too long was working for many of the leading interior magazines, book publishers & brands.
Catherine's rich painterly style, inspired (in part) by her love of shooting on Fuji Provia 1600, back in the day, and her keen eye for color and texture have kept her busy working for a wide variety of clients over the past 20 years. She loves working closely with stylists, art directors & brands to create rich, emotive, and seductive imagery with a strong sense of identity and place.
