AOP courses
delivered by Tandem Education

We have partnered with Tandem Education to offer a series of photography courses aimed at a range of participants varying from the complete novice to more advanced, confident photographers looking to develop further skills. The duration of each course depends on the complexity and nature of what’s being taught; the introductory-level course being a half-day, whilst a full BTEC (HNC or HND, validated by Pearson Edexcel) runs over an academic year. There are several other course options in-between. The course fees are extremely competitive and provide great value for money.

Tandem Education have considerable experience in providing courses such as these and course delivery takes place in a working professional photographer’s studio, something which makes the fit and feel of the courses particularly unique.

Participants have the option of learning in London or Nottingham and because the courses are taught by highly acclaimed professional photographers in a working studio setting, there is a real focus on current and best industry practice. The classes are small (maximum of 15 participants) and all you need is your own digital camera with manual controls. In some cases, digital cameras can be provided and there are laptops available for loan (on-site only) too.
