Photographer Overview

James is a portrait photographer working for some of the most prestigious magazines, publishing houses, record companies and advertising clients across the World.

Along with commercial and editorial work, he also devotes a great deal of time pursuing personal projects. The most notable perhaps was his series of portraits of the surviving pilots from the Battle of Britain. The book from this series ‘The Last Few’ was later published and gained much recognition on television and featured in the Sunday Times Magazine. The complete set of portraits has now been included in The Royal Collection. A number of his celebrity portraits are also in the permanent collection of The National Portrait Gallery in London.
