Photographer Overview
Elisabeth Hoff is a London based photographer, director and art director creating imagery for clients in the UK and abroad.
Working mainly for beauty and fashion brands, Elisabeth’s expertise covers stills, gifs, parallax and full moving image. This means she can create a seamless campaign across different platforms irrespective of the media: print, digital, broadcast or social.
Elisabeth loves people. Her friendly, warm manner can get almost anyone to relax in front of the camera, and she is equally happy working with a celebrity, as she is photographing someone with no previous on-set experience.
Elisabeth’s ambition is to create images that will lead to positive change: whether this is as simple as leaving her subject or client feeling great, or on a bigger scale, to be involved in campaigns that help widen the conventional definition of beauty or increase social conscience.
Elisabeth grew up sailing around the world for 5 years before her family settled down in Norway. She studied Aquatic Bioscience at Glasgow University, and after graduating, attempted to be the first woman to row solo across the Atlantic. This ended in disaster when her rowing boat capsized mid-Atlantic, but the near death experience propelled her to follow her life long dream of becoming a photographer.
She is a mum, wife, loves a bit of a boogie – and is never happier than when she is cooking for friends and family.
