Photographer Membership
Price: £315 p/a – ex VAT (UK)
£240 p/a - ex VAT (Overseas)
Criteria: Photographers with at least two years of proven professional practice and whose clients are commercial buyers or professional commissioners of photography

Must upgrade to Full Photographer member after two years.

Assistant Membership

Criteria: Assistant photographers who assist one photographer on a full-time basis or a freelance assistant photographers who have assisted at least three photographers in the last year

Eligible to enter AOP Assistant Awards
Exclusive approx 75% discount on a combined employers and public liability insurance policy
AOP Website presence including contact information, web and email links
Eligible to apply for inclusion in our web-based freelance assistants list (a 1 hour 20 minute written test to be completed at the AOP Gallery, London before qualifying for the assistants list)

Company Affiliation

Criteria: The AOP invites selected businesses to demonstrate their support for the Association¹s aims and objectives and to become valued affiliated companies.
Benefits:

Your logo and a hyperlink to your webpage on the affiliated companies page at www.the-aop.org which receives over 2 million hits a month
Two tickets to the Photography Awards the highlight of the professional photographic calendar and two copies of the accompanying book

Criteria: The College must run a relevant photographic course, integrate beyond the lens into the course syllabus and hold a fair student copyright policy

Criteria: Available to individuals currently studying on a photographic course within England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and Eire. The Course must be of a BTEC National Diploma level or higher.
