Welcome to the AOP Photographers Awards 2014

The AOP Photographers Awards is the most prestigious and highly respected competition for professional photographers worldwide.

Being selected for the Book and Exhibition is one of the greatest accolades available to professional photographers and offers major exposure to art buyers and the creative industry as a whole. In addition all selected entrants will have an extensive presence on the Awards website

This year we have changed the structure of the categories to provide a fresh approach to familiar areas, and we have altered the categories slightly to keep pace with changing technology and to show the relevance of great photography in our industry.

General Guidance:

SIZE & FORMAT
Images must be:

  • RGB (not in CMYK or Grayscale)
  • JPEG format (not TIFF, GIF or Adobe Photoshop PSD)
  • No larger than 1920 pixels wide by 1200 pixels high
  • Not exceed 3 megabytes

- Read the category descriptions below carefully, to ensure that you are entering your images in the right category.

- Think very carefully about the images you enter in a Series entry.  More is not necessarily better, as one weak image can bring down an otherwise very successful entry.

- Ensure you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions of this competition, before completing and paying for your entry.
